    Do you sometimes feel emotional and depressed over small things, or sometimes for no reason at all?

    If your answer to any of these questions is YES, you seriously have to consider increasing your physical activity.
    Studies show that people who get regular exercise have lower rates of depression. They are also most likely to respond constructively and objectively to challenging situations they come across.

    Here are the many benefits of exercise:

    Endorphins give us that natural high, therefore improving our self esteem. Yes, it’s what gives us that happy feeling! So the more you move, the more your body secretes endorphins.

    Our tip: Do not overexert so as not to cause physical pain. After exercising, be sure to cool down and treat yourself to a nice spa treatment or massage to help you relax your muscles.
